This will be an epic cycling/beach trip along the warm waters of Lake Erie near the mouth of the Grand River.
The beach is considered one of the nicest beaches outside of Wasaga Beach with 1 km of sandy beach.
The Park had a 2 km hiking trail along with Bird viewing station, viewing platform above the sand dunes and exposed fossil dating back 350 million years along the beach.
Our two night stay will include Zita’s famous Caribbean dinner along with two breakfasts and lunch plus cycling the shore of Lake Erie.
We will be staying at Rock Point Provincial Park in the group site. The park is located 100 minutes drive from Toronto.
We will be biking along the Great Waterfront Trail that starts in Fort Erie and ends in Windsor. Our portion will be based around the Park.
If you prefer, you can stay and play at the beach. Boats are welcomed but there is no docking or boat ramp at the Park.
