Ontario’s newest riding destination is the Smith Falls area.

Cyclists love this area for the quiet rural roads, beautiful farmland pastures, historic canal crossing and the Cataraqui trail. One of of Ontario’s most scenic rail trails. Long and short cycling routes will use the Rideau as a backdrop to explore Perth, Smith Falls and Merrickville with special stops at heritage sites.

On the last day there are several enroute options. Guests may choose a side trip to visit a winery in Westport, or head directly to Chaffey’s locks for a rail trail ride through the Rideau lakes and/or grab lunch, snacks at the popular Opinicon resort on the water.
