Ontario’s newest riding destination is Historic Merrickville, This jewel of the Rideau with its quiet rural roads, rolling farmland and scenic canal stops is a cyclists dream.
Rides are approx 50k per day (with option for longer rides), leave from the house, and may take us as far as Kemptville on the east to Smith Falls on the west.
We will will be staying at a large country estate 15 minutes west of town with an indoor swimming pool, TV/games room, hot-tub, Sauna, BBQs, Fire Pit, and separate room to store the bikes. Relax or play. This place has it all.
Guests will occupy 12 bedrooms of various configurations and 7 shared bathrooms ( 2 rooms per). Couples will have private rooms with King/Queen beds. Singles will be in private or shared rooms.
Includes: 2 nights accommodation, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 dinner on site. (2nd group dinner in town – not included in price). free parking.
$245 pp
Note: Participants must be comfortable sharing sleeping quarters, assisting with meal preparation and able to ride long stretches of rural roads.
